Who We Are
This is a private grant program to assist when people face financial hardship, and everything becomes a problem. PRIVATE RENTAL, SECURITY, OR RENT TO OWN GRANTS help people who are having trouble paying their rent, security deposit, or down payments preventing them from home ownership. In order to keep them from being homeless and give them an opportunity to purchase a home, this grant program if approved can assist a person who faces financial hardship in their lives.. Best of all, grants for rent, security deposits and rent to own programs are not loans. These funds are provided to those who need financial aid and they never have to be repaid.
Rental, Security Deposit, or Rent To Own grants provided by a private foundation that help individuals and families who are facing financial difficulty. Depending on the specific grant program that you apply for, there are different qualification and eligibility requirements.
YOU MAY ONLY USE ONE GRANT, AND IF APPROVED. THE SPECIFIC GRANT MUST BE REDEMED ONLY AT THE PRE-APPROVED PROPERTY IN WHICH YOU HAVE APPPLIED. IN ADDTION, IF APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE IS ONLY VALID FOR 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL.
